I this episode Andy and Steph continue their discussion on setting goals for the new year. They talked about reflection and how it is a powerful part of the process as well as gave some practical advice on what to do. They described how goal achievement is more then reaching the goal, it is about the person you need to become along the way. They finished with a challenge for each of us to focus on who we need to become to obtain the goal we have set for ourselves.
